Every Caltrans camera on the two corridors, grouped by pass and listed in driving order. The coverage is honest: the Grapevine is watched most of the way up; on SR-58 the cameras cover Bakersfield and Kramer Junction, and the mountain in between has none, which the Tehachapi pages state plainly wherever it matters.
